I worked with Marek at NCsoft in the Design Team for just under 3 years and I must say, working with Marek was really interesting. It's safe to say that we had different perspectives to most tasks, but when we worked together, our differences led to some great output, like the Discover Guild Wars flash microsite. He has a very strong technical understanding of ActionScript and uses it very well; keeping up to date and makes the most of the latest tools, code and methods to achieve whatever has been asked for in. I've learnt much from his Flash skills and I am continually impressed by his passion for photography. Marek produces some beautiful photos in his spare time.

Marek has great web/design skills and is very focused at his work. He'll knuckle down until the job, design or buggy piece of JavaScript has been nailed. A good guy. Easy to get on with, funny, and great team member, always sharing ideas and contributing. His Flash skills are pretty sweet, too. Did I mention his photography? A creative asset.
